We search estate sales and auctions to bring unique items to buyers. These are preowned items and as such are sometimes not perfect, however I feel this adds to the character of the piece. I do not know the history of the items themselves or the homes that they are from. Where does all this stuff come from? We acquire most items from estates, yard sales, thrift stores and retailers. Once they are in our possession, they are cleaned, photographed, bagged and stored in a secure, air-conditioned off-site location. Condition: We try to take the best pictures to depict the true condition of the item. Many of our items are vintage and preowned. That means they are not new and will usually have some wear or damage. Some computer screens and lighting may throw the colors off a bit, so keep that in mind when purchasing. If after, an item arrives and you are not happy with it or would like to return it, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you a return label and you can return the item. We DO OFFER FREE, NO QUESTION 30 DAY RETURNS. As long as the same item is returned in the same condition that it was sent a full return will be issued including shipping. Please contact us for this before leaving any negative feedback. Questions? If you have a question, feel free to contact us. We receive messages on our phones and will usually answer quickly. Shipping: We only charge calculated shipping. That is determined by the size and weight of the package. Also, by the distance shipped, that means shipping cost is determined by the postal service used and not us. Free shipping is NEVER really free it is predetermined and always built into the cost of any item, and this is true on any platform. We usually will ship out same or next business day once payment is received Monday thru Friday. We do not ship out on weekends or Holidays. Immediate payment is preferred. If not paid for in 4 business days, EBAY will automatically cancel your order. All items will have a tracking number provided. Please remember that postal deliveries for those of us who are not that big A name have been delayed and as much as we wish we could, we have no control over the package once it is left to the carrier. Only serious buyers, please. We recycle boxes and packing materials, so your item may come in a homemade box fitted around your item. We pack all items safely and securely to make sure there is minimal risk of damage. Keep in mind, unfortunately, the mail carriers do not care about the package, therefore, they mistreat packages all the time, so if your item arrives damaged, PLEASE let us know and send pictures so that we can inform the carrier of damage. Please verify your address PRIOR TO paying- We only ship to the address EBAY provides us with. We appreciate our customers and will do our very best to keep you happy and satisfied.
