Alienware M17 R5 AMD Laptop: AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz 32.0 GB RAM AMD Radeon RX 6850M XT GPU 1TB SSD Hard Drive 64-bit Operating System Windows 11 Home Solutionware: Level 1 Package Level 1 is packaged so a Mazatrol programmer can instantly start off programming Mazatrol for the multitude of Mazak machines. Write Mazatrol for just about any Mazak you may have. You can also generate templates for the many processes, and then import them when you need them to make programming faster. Level 2 Package Level 2 includes the previous level 1, plus it adds another layer of programming for both the legacy and the latest controls by using CAD files and tool libraries. This efficiently and systematically program the tools and cuts for both the mills and the lathes including live-tooling, and even for advanced Multi-Tasking machines such as the Integrex. If you want to quickly bang out a simple program in Mazatrol directly, you can do that (without being tied up in the complexity of some CAD/CAM systems) If you want the full power of a mainstream CAD/CAM system to do complex work, you can do that. If you want to program your part once, then move it to different machines (either Mazak or G-code), MazaCAM has that available from the same program you can select whether you want Mazatrol output or G-code output without re-programming from scratch. If the job you are programming for your Mazak would be best mostly in Mazatrol, but some sections require G-code (EIA) program -- MazaCAM not only lets you do that, but integrates all the programs at a click of a button instead of mucking about trying to manually connect the programs and sub-programs. It does it for you instead of all the confusion on the shop-floor that ties of valuable CNC time. If you want to work from a library of established processes (tools and cuts, etc), this can make similar parts programmed very quickly by re-using past work, such as families of parts and similar jobs. Modules available for: Milling Lathe turning Lathe with live-tooling Multi-Tasking, such as Integrex Mazatrol output for a Mazak lathes, milling, and Integrex controllers do *not* require the hassles, delays and added costs of post-processors, instead gets you up and going quickly. G-code machines (requires post-processors) 3D-Surfacing 4/5-Axis (positioning or contouring) Solid-Verify -- Simulate tool motion offline before sending programs to controls, including fixtures and spindles
